Shipping & Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days before shipment. Processing time is separate from delivery time.

Estimated Delivery

Estimated delivery is 3–5 days for the United States and 5–20 days for the rest of the world.

Tracking

Tracked shipping is provided. When your order ships, we email a tracking number or tracking link. Carrier scans can take 2–5 business days to begin updating.

Fulfillment Origin & Separate Packages

Products may ship from partner fulfillment locations in the United States or China, depending on the actual product and available inventory. The applicable origin is shown on the product page when available. Items in one order may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

Shipping Charges

We use weight-based shipping. Shipping charges depend on the destination and shipment weight. The exact shipping cost is shown at checkout before payment; we do not hide shipping charges until after purchase.

Address Changes

Please review your shipping address before placing an order. If you need a change, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has entered processing or shipped.
